The must-visit palace in Spain - Alhambra Palace🤍

The Alhambra is another must-see attraction on this trip to Spain. It is located in Granada and was the royal palace during the Moorish dynasty. It was listed as a World Cultural Heritage in 1984 and is a palace with extremely high historical and cultural value! Many Asians know this place from the Korean drama "Memories of the Alhambra". Therefore, more Koreans visit here than any other Spanish city! However, the Alhambra is really worth visiting! These are my three favorite architectural complexes in Spain. The Alhambra was built in the 13th century by order of Mohammed I ibn Nasr. Because Muhammad was called the "Son of the Red Man", the Alhambra is also known as the "Red Palace". It is a traditional Moorish architecture that combines exquisite geometric patterns, calligraphy decorations and waterscape designs, full of the characteristics of Islamic art! The Alhambra is very popular. In order to take beautiful photos with fewer people, we bought tickets for the earliest time slot. 🤣This place is very big, we visited every place according to the map, and it took about 5/6 hours. So, everyone should really pay attention to the itinerary. My favorite is definitely the Nasrid Palaces (Palacios Nazaries)🤍It is the main palace here, and the most famous myrtle garden, Patio de los Arrayanes, is also here. It is very similar to the Girls' Courtyard, with a square pool in the center. However, this pool is longer and larger, and it looks spectacular in photos! In addition, Patio de los Leones is also a must-photograph attraction. It can be said to be the most gorgeous place in the palace 🤍 In the middle of the courtyard there is a fountain surrounded by 12 lions, and all the columns are slender and symmetrical! The Alcazaba is another one of my favorite places. It is an old defensive castle, from where you can enjoy the perfect view of the whole city. It's really beautiful🤍 The Alhambra Palace is really an important attraction that you must visit in southern Spain!
