For this trip, I wanted to experience Guam in its natural state rather than the commercial Tumon city, so I planned my itinerary around Ritidian Beach and Two Lovers' Cliff. Ritidian Beach is a beach located in the northern part of Guam, which is part of the National Wildlife Refuge. The road to get there is rough, but when you get there, you'll think, "That's why people recommend it." White, fine sand, clear water, and palm tree shadows overlapping it. There were hardly any people, so I sat alone for a while listening to the sound of the sea. It was even more special because there were no commercial facilities and only nature. In the afternoon, I climbed Two Lovers' Cliff. According to local legend, it is the place where a couple jumped off. When I climbed up to the observatory, the coastline of Guam was refreshingly spread out, and the sea color was incredibly blue and deep. There were many couples, but it was a place that was impressive enough to go alone. There are photo zones well-prepared at each point, and in the evening, the sunset adds to the movie-like scenery. In addition, the emerald sea was so beautiful during the day that just driving was healing, and the mangoes and bananas I bought at the mart were perfect as travel snacks. I stayed at an Airbnb rather than a resort, and I was satisfied because I could hear the sound of the sea outside the window. Guam is a travel destination that will remain in your memory for a long time even if you visit for a short time.
