This time I took the red line with friends
The height of 298m really made my palms sweat haha
Walking on the high wire was so much fun! It was a scary yet interesting new experience
After each challenge, I marveled at my own bravery🥹🥹 It felt very rewarding
My heart was still pounding after the experience
It was really, really, really thrilling~
After finishing the red line, I also did the Sky Walk
Compared to that, this is the most beautiful scenic route, where you can see the beauty of Guangzhou along the way
There's also an installation that can rotate 360° outwards, overlooking the entire Guangzhou CBD
If it's evening, you can also enjoy the sunset
It's so beautiful that it instantly healed my mood

Canton Tower charm of Guangzhou 🇨🇳
#chinatrip
Guangzhou is such a stunning city with numerous sights to explore. But nothing quite compares to the breathtaking Guangzhou Tower!
Construction of the tower kicked off in 2005, and it was unveiled in 2010 during the 16th Asian Games 🏙️. Standing tall at an impressive 650m, including the antenna, it ranks as the second tallest tower globally. The view from the top is unparalleled, offering breathtaking vistas for miles around on clear days 🌆.
Inside the tower, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The lower levels (80 to 170m) host a 4D cinema, play hall area, dining spots, cafes, and outdoor gardens 🎥🌳. Midway up the tower lies the awe-inspiring Skywalk, the world's highest and longest open-air staircase 🌟. Starting at 170m and extending another 170m, some floors feature transparent glass (definitely not for the faint-hearted) 🌉. At the top level above the staircase, you'll find a two-story rotating restaurant and upper observation decks, leading to the terrace observation level 🍽️🔭.

Guangzhou, Shamian Island.
It is a sandbar formed by the Pearl River, hence the name Shamian. In the early days, Shamian was an important port in Guangzhou. After a hundred years, more than a dozen countries have set up consulates on Shamian, nine foreign banks, more than forty foreign companies operated on Shamian, and the Guangdong Customs Club, Guangzhou Club and others were established on Shamian. With the changes in modern history, Shamian has become a microcosm of China's modern history and the history of concessions. The European-style buildings on Shamian Island have formed a unique open-air architectural 'museum'.
Surrounded by ancient trees, shaded by green trees, and fragrant with flowers🌸The sun jumps between the leaves, and from time to time you can hear the birds singing🕊Wandering among these colorful ancient buildings🏰Everywhere is beautiful scenery, free and comfortable, lazy and casual.
Every day there are many photography enthusiasts to check in📸Literary and artistic small shops, coffee shops☕️, French restaurants🍽Guangzhou is in a hurry, Shamian is leisurely. Feel the unique Cantonese romance!💕
A historical European oasis in Guangzhou
Shamian Island is my favourite place in Guangzhou and it was my safe haven during my 6 months living there, it was an oasis of calm in such a chaotic city. The Island was divided into concessions given to France and the UK in the 19th century and foreigners lived and worked on the island to help support the export of Chinese products. The island is separated from the mainland by a small river and this created a self contained zone that allowed western nations to establish trade missions without ‘being present’ on the mainland. Ultimately America, France, Holland, Italy, Germany, Portugal, japan and the UK had a presence on the island in big stone mansions along the water.
The buildings now house cafes, restaurants and shops and has become a surreal tourist destination, the buildings lining the street were built in the style of their respective western powers so it feels like you could be in Paris, London or Amsterdam. The buildings are grand and imposing as each nation tried to outdo the other with their architectural styles, leaving tree lined boulevards lined with buildings that stand out against the Chinese city that has developed around them.
You can reach the island via the Huangsha metro station and then walking over an overpass, also many bus routes have stops just outside the bridge that links the island to greater Guangzhou.
I’d really recommend this to anyone living in or visiting Guangzhou who is overwhelmed by the sheer scale and pace of the city, I used to love taking a book or my laptop to the Starbucks and just enjoying the peace.

A safari journey on wheels
#newyearadventure
We are really pleased to be here, and it's encouraging to see how the animals are cared for and maintained.
It's a fantastic safari adventure experience.
Visit an animal kingdom kindergarten to get up close and personal with the infant animals and see the cutest pandas in action.
A safari journey on wheels is also a lot of fun and interesting!
Take note, it is more affordable to purchase a ticket in advance through Trip.com than it is at the gate.
For a view, you might also ride a cable car.

Chimelong Safari Park in Guangzhou
Chimelong Safari Park is located at south area of Guangzhou city. You can go there by subway (Hanxi Changlong) and then take a didi, or go directly with didi from your location in the city.
Safari on the wheels is the first thing you should try because animals will walk freely around your car. There is also gondola which connects three areas of Safari Park. So many animals to see and you can feed giraffes too. There are small shops around where you can buy souvenirs, snacks, drinks or some food. If you are lucky you will see some African dances which are really good.

Million Sunflower Garden Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
[Guangzhou Million Sunflower Garden] Staying at Huazhilian Castle Hotel is an unlimited number of entrances to the Million Sunflower Garden. Just at the service desk on the left side of the hotel lobby, the staff can put an invisible seal on the hand. It is invisible to you. The ticket inspectors in the park will check it out with the ultraviolet ratio. Every time you enter the park, you need to re-cap the stamp once, except that it is not checked at night.
The park has 3d light and shadow watching at 8:00 in the evening, telling the adventure process of the protagonist's sunflower cat. If there are families with children who can often watch the following, adults may be slightly naive, it doesn't matter, the hotel arranges at 9 o'clock. Two movies are available for guests to watch.
[Shooting Tips] The front of the castle hotel is the sunflower sea, with a 24-105 lens in the past, wide angle and close-up are very suitable, you can bring the castle hotel together when you take a wide-angle photo, but be careful not to Step on the plant. A close shot can shoot a single flower.
Behind the hotel is a large piece of reed sea, lavender depends on seasonality, there is a rose garden, feel the real flower sea world, the little friends who like flowers and plants will love it.
In addition to flowers and plants, there is also a squirrel paradise, which is indoors. The squirrels inside are very afraid of people. They want to have a close contact with the squirrels, that is, they must follow the breeders back, and the breeders should send the squirrels to the squirrels. Snacks will shake the hands of the snacks to create a sound that attracts the attention of the little squirrels. This is the best time to shoot them. There are many parrots in the squirrel paradise. Compared to the little squirrels, the parrots see more tourists.
In Guangzhou’s Sunflower Garden, over 30 types of tulips have been brought in. Hundreds of thousands of tulips have been created into some 30 different scenes and sites by florists, it’s really very fun.
Even Ms. Marilyn Monroe showed up on site. From a sea of flowers, her dress billows away in the wind. Even though tulips are the main theme here, don’t forget to look up above. To show various styles of the flowers, the Fair has had many flowers from all over the world suspended from the ceiling for viewers to admire. For example, Cape Leadwort from South Africa, Winged Begonia from Brazil are all beautiful flowers which are not to be missed.
Guangzhou Nansha Million Sunflower Garden, a spring flower viewing paradise.
Guangzhou Nansha Million Sunflower Garden, a spring flower viewing paradise.
The Million Sunflower Garden is located in Nansha. The place is not particularly large, but there are many types of flowers, including a rose garden, a lavender garden, a camellia garden, a sunflower garden, and more. It is very suitable for flower viewing and even more suitable for a romantic trip with your significant other.
The tall rose trees and the charming roses are also very eye-catching. These rose trees are all imported from Europe with excellent varieties, so the petals are bright, full, and rich in layers.
The Million Sunflower Garden is a park that uses sunflowers as ornamental plants and is designed as a super large theme garden. The Million Sunflower Garden was completed and opened to the public in April 2002. It is located in Xinken Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou, covering an area of 260,000 square meters, planting one million sunflowers, all using imported seeds (mainly from Japan) for ornamental sunflowers. In addition to the Million Sunflower Garden, there is also a Squirrel Park with more than 1,000 squirrels, an Ant Kingdom, and a White Dove Plaza, among other attractions...
Tour in Guangzhou by chartered car. Sunflower Ocean~ Million Sunflower Garden
A decade ago, it was a very popular scenic spot with flowers as the theme.
At that time, transportation was very inconvenient.
Now it's convenient to go to Nansha.
But this scenic spot has declined.
However, when a sea of flowers appears in front of you.
It's still so beautiful.

Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is a great place to visit for a little night time fun. It is about 10-15 minutes walk from the Gongyuanqian metro station and right across the entrance is the XinDaXin (新大新) mall with the Vienna Hotel above it. The street has a lot of things to see and try, malls, souvenirs, street food, you name it, it’s there… I think 😅 It is definitely worth the visit. #guangzhou #tripblazers #tripmoments #historicallandmarks #nightlife #bucketlistreboot #freehotelstay

Well worth a visit. Every shop that you can imagine on the streets and a number of shopping malls. Some traditional buildings. Great place to eat from street food but nowadays it is not as crowded as it used to be. Half if the shop i knew before lockdown were not there anymore. My favourite restaurant also already close and has been replaced with something else.
Nevertheless if you are in Guangzhou will highly a visit to here as it still a great place to be
