The title sounds too catchy, but I think The Gourmet Coffee deserves to be known by more people when it has a friendly space and quality, well-prepared drinks like this. The shop is hidden in Hang Bot alley, right next to the Temple of Literature. The shop has a small, pretty space with three floors, the first and second floors are areas for you to work/study. The shop uses minimalist color tones, which is also a way to make the space more comfortable and not stuffy. In addition, the shop has an airy rooftop area on the 6th floor, suitable for chilling on a cool day. The shop's menu is diverse with many options in coffee dishes, from traditional coffee dishes to more creative drinks. This time I stopped by to experience the summer menu with dishes focusing on strawberries. I tried Mulberry Coldbrew - this is super delicious, very delicious, extremely easy to drink, a friendly drink for those who can't drink much coffee. In addition, there are Mulberry Mint and Mulberry Garden, which are completely caffeine-free drinks, both of which are very sweet, suitable for quenching thirst for the upcoming summer.
