Phe La Milk Tea @ HCMC Vietnam!

One of the best milk tea & bubble tea in HCMC Vietnam. In district 1 near to Takashimaya, you will see Gong Cha, Koi and many bubble tea stalls but not much people. Surprisingly this Phe La milk tea was crowded with many local vietnamese people! Decided to give it a try and it never fail me!
