Ringji was my first taste of Dacquoise, a seventeenth-century French court dim sum. Dakwazi is actually a mixture of almond flour, flour, egg whites and sugar. Because of the large amount of almond flour added, it will be crispy on the outside. Buttercream is used as the filling. After defrosting, it tastes like ice cream. The whole dessert is rich in taste 😋👍🏻. The dakwatz is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a hint of almond aroma, the buttercream in the middle is large but not very greasy, and the mouth is very smooth. There is also marshmallow in between the matcha and milk tea flavors, which makes the dessert even more chewy😋🤤! 🥢Cognac Orange Wine Chocolate Madeleine $32🆗 🥢Hojicha Crispy Shell Chocolate Madeleine $35🆙 The Madeleine is a small shell-shaped cake with a moist mouthfeel. The Hojicha Madeleine is made with Valrhona chocolate and Kazukien Hojicha.
