《🌿 Tai Po Natural Flower Art Therapy Cafe☕️｜Must-eat Thousand Layer Crispy Potato🥔》

Last Friday, I went to a brand new coffee shop in Tai Po with my colleagues for happy friday lunch ☕️~ It is a coffee shop that is very suitable for confessing love 😆 (you will understand when you see the name of the shop at the end of the article 😎) It has been saved in my pocket list shortly after it opened ☺️ After visiting, I decided to share it with everyone immediately ~ 🥹 Because it is so comfortable and free and easy ~ Located on the basement level of Tai Po Art Center, it was once a school that was renovated into an art center. The restaurant is located in a corner, and there are many wooden furniture 🪵 and potted plants 🪴 outside the door. As soon as you enter the cafe, you can feel the sense of space brought by the high ceiling and the large floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, which makes you feel relaxed! The corners of the restaurant are filled with naturally dried floral decorations, and the ceiling is also hung with wreaths made of dried flowers🌼 There are also bouquets, vases, and even Hong Kong-style sauces for sale next to the dining area. It feels like traveling to another country. We ate and visited small shops at the same time. This time, I ordered the following meals with my colleagues. ▫️ Benedict with smoked salmon ($98) ▫️ Carbonara Spaghetti ($128) ▫️ Pumpkin Burrata Salad with Roast Chicken ($138) ▫️ American steak with fried egg and tater tots ($298) ▫️ Lime Tonic ($48) ▫️ Pineapple Passion Fruit Smoothie ($48) The overall quality of each dish is also very good ~ The Benedict is super large, with a lot of sauce but delicious ~ The carbonara pasta is generous in portion, the bacon is fried very crispy, it feels like eating pork jerky 😚 The biggest surprise is the American steak with lasagna🥔, I've seen lasagna before, but this is my first time eating lasagna~ It can indeed be torn into pieces, and after being torn, it looks like thin potato chips, crispy on the sides and soft on the inside, the highest level of potatoes🤣🤩 As for the pumpkin burrata cheese with roast chicken, I like this appetizer and healthy combination, the pumpkin is sweet!
