The healer was very professional and explained that "Singing Bowl Therapy" uses the principle of resonance. The sound frequency emitted by striking the singing bowl makes the water molecules in the body resonate, which in turn promotes the chakras to restore balance and open the door to the body's self-repair. As a layman, I certainly don’t quite understand it, but the most important thing is to experience the feeling of cleansing your soul personally.
