Located inside a village house in Hang Hau, if it weren’t for my friend who showed me the way, I wouldn’t have been able to try this hidden little shop. 𓈍 Fika Carbonara Spaghetti $168 A must-try signature dish. The carbonara sauce here is very salty and fragrant. Lard is used instead of bacon, which makes it taste more fragrant but not too salty. It’s really special, no wonder it’s the signature dish. 𓈍Buffalo cheese tomato salad $128 Buffalo cheese with tomatoes is salty and fragrant without being greasy, and is already an appetizer. Add the burst of green apple flavor and the taste is very refreshing. 𓈍Black truffle and mushroom pizza $188 Lots of wild mushrooms! It has a rich aroma and is topped with cheese, making it very delicious. The crust is thin and crispy, not greasy. The shop follows the leisurely and slow-paced cafe style, which is consistent with its Swedish name “Fika”.
