A Cozy Shop Full of Warmth

The yellow facade, complemented by a dark brown door frame, is visible from afar. There is a small wooden stool by the side of the door with a menu on it. The shop offers main courses, light meals, drinks, and desserts, all centered around a health theme. Another brand within the shop sells bagels, pound cakes, and cookies. [ Boneless Chicken Thigh Pasta $98 ] The chicken thigh is incredibly tender and flavorful, and the pasta is cooked to perfection—not too soft or too hard. Paired with a rich pesto sauce, it’s a perfect combination. The pesto sauce is very rich and unique, and the pasta absorbs the sauce well. [ Smoked Salmon and Boiled Egg Salad $89 ] The smoked salmon is savory and pairs well with the tender boiled egg, creating a refreshing taste. The fresh and crispy salad greens, sweet potatoes, and cherry tomatoes, along with a bit of salad vinegar, make the dish not too greasy but rather appetizing and satisfying. It's a great healthy choice. Additionally, we added three shrimps for $22, which were crunchy and bouncy, perfect with the salad. For drinks, we chose two. One was a non-coffee [ Yuzu Lemonade $48 ]. The lemon and yuzu flavors are a perfect match, with a sweet and sour taste that is particularly refreshing. Each sip brings out the yuzu aroma without being overly sweet. The other drink was [ Espresso Tonic $50 ], made with house-roasted coffee beans, FRUITY - Ethiopia National, and tonic water. It has a bittersweet taste with a rich and layered texture, offering an unexpected surprise. For dessert, we chose a homemade [ Original Basque Cheesecake (Low Sugar) $62 ]. The outer layer is slightly charred, while the inside is soft. The cheesecake is rich in flavor but not overly sweet, thanks to the use of monk fruit sugar, satisfying my dessert cravings without any guilt. This cheesecake is definitely worth a try.
