There are fewer dim sum menus to choose from and the seating time is limited to no more than 2 hours. Barbecue Iberico Pork 350 HK$ is very good. Soft, fragrant, almost melting in your mouth. You have to book in advance. You have to book the duck and barbecued pork in advance. The dumplings are also good, but the best is the barbecued pork.
