A great place for families ~ Lantau Island Half Day Tour (11SKIES)

Usually the two brothers are under so much pressure to study, as soon as there is a holiday we will plan different parent-child activities, check in and visit different attractions, ideally can enjoy the beautiful scenery but also can know different extracurricular knowledge, broaden knowledge. This time we decided to go to Tung Chung because there are many places worth enjoying and visiting there, and recently there is 11 SKIES, a very attractive new landmark, at the Airport Expo Station. This trip incorporated some artistic elements and visited the following three attractions: 🌟 1️⃣11 SKIES 🏢 First, we went to the 📍new landmark ~11 SKIES in Hong Kong International Airport Aerospace City. A one-stop landmark that combines retail, dining and entertainment. In addition to convenient transportation and perfect facilities, there are also different parent-child experience halls and unique check-in points💕 This time we went to 11 SKIES Ocean Plaza, which was an eye-opener. In addition to the very stylish decoration, the floor-to-ceiling glass is even more elegant. The two brothers loved the spiral staircase there because it was so special and aesthetically pleasing. The glass ceiling in the atrium was highly lit and felt very comfortable and refreshing, giving us plenty of natural light during the photo shoot. In addition, more entertainment facilities will be launched, which is definitely a good place for parents and children🥰 After walking around Ocean Plaza, we took the S1 bus🚌 🌟Stop 2️⃣: Tung Chung Fortress💣 We got off at the Tung Chung Cable Car Station and walked through a trail for about 15-20 minutes to reach the Tung Chung Little Fort. The paths along the way are also very easy to walk and flat, and the view of Tung Chung Cable Car Station is very pleasant. Tung Chung Little Fortress is a former fortress position in Hong Kong, now listed as a legal monument of Hong Kong. In ancient times, the Tung Chung Fortress and Tung Chung Fortress looked after each other and faced each other across the Tuen Mun, guarding the north bank of Lantau Island and defending the Pearl River Port. In addition to taking pictures, we can also teach children the history of Hong Kong and the importance of preserving people. ▶️ Stop 3️⃣: Ma Wan Chung Village After walking for about 5 minutes from Tung Chung Fort, we arrived at Ma Wan Chung Pier. There are also some old shacks along the coast, the shacks of local residents built of Pontianak wood, which is more durable and not easily eroded by sea water. The mangroves along the coast, which are rich in ecological resources, are worth experiencing and getting to know for children. Ma Wan Chung Village is a quiet small fishing village that still maintains its former style. Stroll through Ma Wan Chung Village, where there are many characteristic small shops and murals. Especially the Tung Chung Vegetable Production and Marketing Cooperative mural and the Tung Chung Extension Information Chinese mural are suitable for taking pictures📸. In addition the village still barber shops and old-style stores and so on. Ma Wan Chung Village was the busiest fishing village in Tung Chung in the past. Although there are not many residents living in the village now, the village still retains many characteristics! After visiting Ma Wan Chung Village, you can walk for about 15 minutes to Lantau Hospital Bus Station and take the S52 bus🚌 to the last stop. ▶️ Stop 4️⃣ Waterfront Stone Ridge The nearby aircraft maintenance area waterfront stone pavement is really a must-visit attraction, aircraft flight with intoxicating sunset views, definitely a good place to take pictures. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunset while admiring the airplanes in the sky at the waterfront stone ridge. Finally, we walked on the waterfront while singing and singing, listening to the sound of airplanes.
