A Restaurant Worth Revisiting

[Hong Kong Tung Chung] 🌟 Dad's Birthday 🎂 We originally planned to have a buffet, but realized the night before that we hadn't paid 🫣🫣🫣 So we spontaneously booked 'Yue' at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel for some Chinese cuisine 🥢 I remember the first time we came, Dad wasn't with us, and everyone said it was delicious and that we should bring him next time. So, we took this opportunity to fulfill that promise 😆 This time, we mainly came to encore the dishes we enjoyed last time, such as: Crab Shell 🦀, Char Siu, and Truffle Stuffed Fish Maw. Each dish maintained its high standard! If it's your first time here, you must try them! Mom has an amazing memory 🤩 She even remembered that the table next to us last time ordered 'Lantern Shadow Lotus Root Slices' which looked very tempting 😂! 'Lantern Shadow Lotus Root Slices' are thinly sliced and air-dried lotus roots, each slice is evenly thick, showcasing excellent knife skills! The crispy lotus root slices are coated with sweet honey 🍯 and have a tantalizing peppery aroma, creating a layered flavor. A must-try 🌟 The 'Porcini Vegetarian Goose' was also a pleasant surprise 💖 The vibrant colors and attractive presentation were very appealing! The crispy tofu skin wrapped around various vegetables, offering a rich taste and texture 😋 For desserts, the Egg Puffs and Mango Sago were good, but the Almond Tea was just so-so. Despite remembering it wasn't great, we couldn't resist ordering it again 😂 After trying it this time, it was indeed just so-so 😅 Won't be ordering it next time 😆😆😆 PS1.
