Today, we visited the Hyatt Regency in Tsim Sha Tsui again to taste Chef Wong's new dishes! This time, he used different types of fresh shrimp to create new dishes, aiming to make us laugh with joy. Fresh Sichuan pepper is used to stir-fry the large tiger shrimp, along with three types of flavorful onions, creating a rich and enticing Sichuan flavor. Chicken Pot with Shallots, Black Garlic, and Fermented Black Beans $338! Eating hot pot dishes in winter feels especially warm. The fermented black beans are already flavorful, and the chef added sweet and beneficial black garlic, enhancing the rich taste of the tender chicken. The crispy pineapple bun skin with sweet custard filling and crumbly cookie base is a combination that never gets old. Smooth Sesame Cake $58! The smooth texture and rich sesame flavor make this a healthy and delicious dessert. Speaking of health, ladies must try the Mulberry Parasite Egg Tea $58! Mulberry parasite tea is especially beneficial for women, and the tea here is very flavorful. The large egg soaked in the tea is also quite tasty.
