We have decided to select Café Causette, the reason is we came with kids as kids cannot eat much for buffet and late wake up, Café Causette has offered three sets of menu, there are : The Mandarin Breakfast, Signature Breakfast and Chinese Breakfast. The 3 courses set dinner to be served insided the room, 3 courses Set Dinner Menu as follows: Appetiser Seasonal Mushroom Velouté - Shiitake, morel, truffle, sourdough croutons. Seared Yellow-Tail Tuna - Japanese cabbage salad, carrot puree, mango salsa. Poached Shrimp Salad - Courgette, avocado, feta, white balsamic vinaigrette. Main Course Beef Tenderloin "Rossini" - Foie gras, creamed spinach, croutons, truffle jus. Roasted NZ Lamb Rack - Lyonnaise potatoes, cucumber, mint yoghurt. Sweet and Sour Atlantic Cod- Pine nuts, bell pepper, passion fruit, steamed rice Dessert Salted Caramel Mousse - almond, crunchy praline. White Cholate Cake - earl grey, mandarin. Just to recommend one of the feature here is Valet Box, it's located in the wardrobe inside the room, it's enable the housekeeper deliver the items to us without knocking our door, in turn, we are able to retrieve the items from our room. We also got the chance to participate in Easter egg painting program which is in conjunction with celebrating Easter Holiday.
