Island Shangri-La's family-friendly rooms are a dream come true!

Help! This time we stayed at Island Shangri-La with our little one, and it was absolutely worth it! Initially, we didn’t have high expectations, but during check-in, the staff recommended upgrading to the family-friendly floor. After seeing the room, we immediately agreed without hesitation! This floor is basically a paradise for kids! It features a dedicated play area, baby-friendly food options, and even a laundry room for added convenience. The room design is full of childlike charm, complete with a slide and custom baby crib! The most heartwarming part is the dedicated service staff—each one is gentle and enthusiastic, often interacting with our baby, making it feel like we were staying in a luxury kindergarten. After three nights, our baby’s crawling skills leveled up dramatically! As for dining, there’s no need to worry. They offer HiPP canned food, fresh fruits, and various dairy products, ensuring even picky eaters can’t resist! For breakfast, you can choose between the rooftop French restaurant or the first-floor buffet. With lounge privileges, you can enjoy all three options, but the rooftop is highly recommended for its top-notch service, views, and ambiance. The location is unbeatable! Step outside to the right, and you’ll find Hong Kong Park; to the left is the Asia Society Hong Kong Center. Downstairs is Pacific Place, and just one subway stop away is Ocean Park. Next time we bring the little one to Hong Kong, this hotel is a must-book!
