Starting at 7:30 PM every evening, the soulful tunes of resident singers and bands fill the space, and at 9:30 PM, the stage opens for amateur performances. On the night of our visit, we were lucky to catch Dave (Huen Chun Wah) from "Middle-Aged Good Voice" delivering a rich vocal performance. The blend of jazz and pop elevated the HK$888 two-person feast to a multi-sensory experience.
