A thoughtful German restaurant that focuses on food quality and sustainable development

MM's dad and I just went to the German 🇩🇪 beer restaurant on the top floor of Langham Place in Mong Kok for a big meal. MM's father once ate with his college friend 7, thought he could encore😋. MM's father was mentally prepared and I said the food portion here is very large😆. As soon as I sat down, the first thing that caught my eye was the padded table paper that said ” Traceable ”, “ Top Quality ”, “ Sustainable Products ”. These days MM's father often talks to me about Sustainability, so I have carefully read the mat table paper - the paper mentions that the restaurant has been working closely with a group of farmers from southern Austria, the common goal is to produce and use ingredients that meet quality, understanding, appreciation and respect for the environment. After reading the restaurant's philosophy on paper, I secretly added points😬 We ordered a selected menu 🔽 💟Appetizers: 🔅Native Tomato Salad - Assorted Heirloom Tomatoes Salad, tomato salad🥗 is very fresh and rich in flavor. 🔆Roasted Bone Marrow - Roasted Bone Marrow, Banana Mom remembers when I was a child my father often ordered bone marrow fried three fresh food, so as soon as I saw the bone marrow immediately ordered. In fact, the first time I ate beef bone marrow, I was stunned to see such a big strip of beef bone marrow when it was served. The beef bone marrow looks great. I would like to praise the chef's thoughtfulness. The bone marrow is rich and flavourful. Eat it with mashed potatoes🥔. You will accidentally eat too much😆 🔆German sausage - Nurnberger must eat delicacies when you come to a German restaurant. Banana Mom has never been to Germany, but she has a good German 🇩🇪 friend. She said that Germans are really unpleasant. As a food, there are actually more than 1500 kinds of German sausage. Fort New York sausage is the most famous snack of Fort New York, apparently due to the invention of this small type of sausage by the people of Fort New York in the late 16th century because of the overpriced traditional pan-fried sausage. We had this Fort New York sausage with 6 sausages, traditionally eaten with sauerkraut/potato salad. The taste of pickled cabbage neutralizes the savory sausage😋, we are already full😆 with this appetizer. Oh, big deal, still haven’t had the main course 💟Main Course: 🔆House Fat Aged Bone-in Black Angus Rib Eye Seeing the main course ribeye steak again, it's a big piece of ribeye steak😆, I couldn't help but take a picture.
