Stayed at Ritz Carlton again for Anniversary! #香港酒店 When checking in, Connie gave us a warm and smiling welcome and was concerned about our itinerary arrangements, which made us feel particularly kind. The room was still clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. During check-out, the staff member Janet was very caring about the stay and provided satisfactory and courteous service.
