I had seen very bad reviews of #buffet at #Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui online, but I believe in this brand, tried the one in North Point was also very good, and finally tried it with my wife. 6:00pm entry, ring up comfortable, there is considerable distance between tables, service is also very good, generally empty plates will be collected within five minutes.
