The quality of food at Hin Keng Cafe in Tai Wai is disappointing 😮‍💨

Four x Four ☕️ This time I went to this cafe called Four x Four in Tai Wai Hing Keng to eat at night. I didn't want to eat this place, but the one I wanted to eat was not open, so I went to this place (later I went back to the one I wanted to go to 🤣 later post) This time I ordered 2 spaghetti, a soup and a beer with my friends.
