Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Murcia (Region) The strange landscape seems to be from a movie, but also seems to be on another planet, showing the decline of the Spanish mining industry, which stopped in 1969 and its abandoned state is obvious. Iron, lead, silver, copper, zinc were extracted, as well as alum (used in deodorants) and almagra (used as dye).
