_TI***1b:“Yes it’s a great place AS LONG AS YOUVE NOT GOT ANY PHYSICAL DISABILITIES! we paid for 5 wristbands and the woman saw I was disabled but said nothing. I had to give up trying to get to the beginning of the ride because of lots of steps, narrow walkways, no handrail, no one to help or advise how to get on. I don’t expect people to carry anything for me, but this was a nightmare. I had to sit it out while my family did the rides as my grandchildren were so excited to be there, so was I, but bitterly disappointed. I’m not chair bound, so heaven knows how chair bound people can enjoy this place! They’re missing out on so much revenue because there was a lot of disabled folks there. or like me they’d wasted their money 😡”
shuyuan:“Lincoln Cathedral is beyond imagination, and it echoes with the castle. Taking pictures of the cathedral from the opposite castle makes it more spectacular. Lincoln is a quaint city, with a sense of traveling through time and space. The people are friendly, and it doesn't look like a tourist attraction. Thumbs up”
Guest User:“The hotel is conveniently located and is in a beautiful location. The rooms are spacious, clean, immaculate, and provided lots of amenities, snacks, and drinks. The ice cream, juice, and infused water at the entry were a nice gesture to cool off the heat. The room was very nice and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Jenny in particular, was a great host”
Stephen:“If I'm honest this hotel was not great value for money. The room was small, not very clean, bed was uncomfortable and smelt musty (I know they make a big thing about being a hotel/inn since 1203 - but I don't want the smell from that era as well). I have stayed here previously and it was much better (or at least the room I was in was better). So I will not being staying here in the future”
Vijay Nandha:“Excellent customer service.
The gentleman in the evening shift who looked after me was very wonderful. My hotel room was just perfect. Very comfortable mattress. Very cozy. The view of the Lincoln Cathedral was fantastic. The bar staff were very friendly. All the staff members were very professional and polite. The breakfast staff looked after me very well.
There was an intermittent problem with the shower controls that I forgot to mention at the hotel.
Room no. 350.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
Guest User:“We choose this hotel as it was close to where our friends live. We booked 3 double rooms and even though we weren’t in them for long, they were lovely and clean. Staff weee super nice and friendly
The location wasn’t too bad as we could travel to where we wanted to go. The windmill was a great place to eat and for a good price too.”
Guest User:“We have stayed in the lodges before but this was the first time we have stayed at the hotel A lovely spacious room with a great view of the garden We will be back”
Emmaxo:“The food at the Hilton is always very good. The rooftop bar is an amazing place to get a drink. The beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. It’s overall a really good hotel and a great experience. ”
TheForkUser:“This is our go-to place for good food and great service, this time to celebrate my Husband's Birthday. A suitable table was sorted straight away for my inability to climb steps and all queries to ourselves were polite and friendly. Our next visit will be soon . Thank you.”
TheForkUser:“Lovely pub next to a lake. Friendly welcome. Sunday lunches were delicious. Generous portions. The outdoor dining area will be perfect for a summers day.”
