We ordered the dinner B set. We changed the salad to apple dressing & raw salmon, the pasta to seafood minari rose, and the sous vide steak to sirloin. Sometimes when you order raw salmon salad, there is very little salmon, but here, there was a lot of salmon! The combination of plump raw salmon, apple dressing, and salad was so appetizing. I highly recommend the salad! We had seafood minari rose pasta. I love the fragrant scent of water parsley and I also love rose, so this pasta was perfect for my taste. I didn't know pasta and water parsley would go so well together! It's a Western restaurant, but it combines Korean ingredients such as water parsley, garlic, bulgogi, and Korean beef bones, and you can taste unique fusion cuisine.
