A culinary journey at Shuchen Hotel in Jieyang.

As people get older, they start to miss their hometown and the people there. Since the weather is neither too hot nor too cold, my cousin took my aunt, who has been living in Hong Kong for decades, back to Jieyang to visit relatives. These delicious and beautiful foods include green "Caiqian Guo," white rice rolls, collagen-rich Chaoshan braised pig's trotters, and Chaoshan "poison" marinated raw food, with dozens of varieties for you to enjoy for free. My aunt said that she would come back to Jieyang next year and bring her good friends from Hong Kong to enjoy Chaoshan cuisine and stay at Shuchen Hotel in Jieyang.
