Mt Austin Xiao Long Kan Hot Pot

#weekendgetaways bring me to Johor Bahru for weekend feasting at Chinese hot pot restaurant. The trend is Chinese hot pot and even in Malaysia, there are many hot pot restaurants too. Most of their soup contains mala which is spicy. I was here at the Xiao Long Kan 小龙坎老火锅 hot pot restaurant just outside Mount Austin waterpark. It is a traditional looking Chinese hot pot restaurant and there are many dragon motifs. I did not realize they are close after lunch for event, so I did not get to eat. However, they close at midnight so I can come back next time. Better check with the kitchen on their soup ingredients in case you have any allergies.
