China Han Garden (Part I)

China Han Garden is located in the northwest corner of Longting Lake Scenic Area in Kaifeng City. It is a cultural garden created by Mr. Li Gongtao and his family with self-raised funds. The garden integrates the landscape art and classical garden architecture, and collects the achievements of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign poetry, calligraphy, and stele art. The garden covers an area of 120 acres, with the southern part being the garden scenic area and the northern part being the stele display area. More than 3,800 pieces of calligraphy and stele are displayed, and the six-mile-long stele corridor is arranged in chronological order, inlaying the representative stele posts of calligraphy masters from all dynasties. At the same time, the modern stele corridor, which is divided by calligraphy styles, fully displays the artistic style of contemporary calligraphy masters.
