This is a restaurant where you can eat Katsuura-certified Katsuura tantanmen🍜 I tried the black tantanmen that's only available at this restaurant! It's close to the beach, and apparently it used to be such a popular beach resort that there were huge traffic jams all the way to Kazusa-Okitsu Station!
