Chinese Bistro "Su", a taste of Korean Chinese Food

The influence of Chinese Food in Korea can be traced back several 100 years ago, and the most common of them are Jjajangmyeon, Jjampong, and some dishes like dried chilli fried chicken, mixed vegetables etc. This restaurant in Yongsan called Chinese Bistro "Su" 秀is a great hangout place for office workers after work. The dishes are prepared on the spot with fresh ingredients used and portion is also rather big, most of them for sharing. We ordered dried chilli chicken and stir fried vegetables and they are great to go with rice or with beer. One of the very good place to dine in.
