Flames Shop 1, G/F, Two Sky Parc, 51 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong I recently visited a restaurant and tried their signature dishes, which left me very satisfied. 10oz Rib-eye Steak with Mashed Potato ($268) The quality of this rib-eye steak is excellent, the meat is tender and juicy, and it is fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The accompanying Jikang potato puree is smooth and delicate, with a light aroma, making the overall taste richer. Every bite brings a sense of satisfaction. Pan-Seared Teriyaki Orange Snapper Fillet ($198) The taste of this fillet was also amazing. The sweetness of the teriyaki sauce and the sourness of the orange complement each other and make the flavor of the fish fillet stand out more. The fish is tender and paired with grilled vegetables and sesame oil-roasted rice. It is very pleasing to the eye, aroma and taste. Side dishes The black truffle fries ($58) is the side dish I ordered. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, exuding the charming aroma of black truffles. You can’t stop eating them. Drinks The refreshing taste of Lychee lemonade ($68) is perfect to go with the main course, giving you a refreshing feeling. The rich coffee aroma of the Flat white ($38) left me feeling very satisfied after my meal.
