There are remains of a war tower during the reign of Phraya Kawila, who ruled Lampang. This gate was an important fortress to resist the Burmese army in 1787. On the northern side of the city, there is a Burmese camp that surrounded the city, about 8 kilometers away from the city. 🏰 In addition, there is an ancient temple built in 1866 by Chao Yan Rangsi, the ruler of Lampang. It is a Lanna temple, Lampang craftsmanship school, with beautiful shapes and decorations. It was built with an architecture that combined Chinese art to create interest. The pediment of the temple is carved wood, gilded, and decorated with Lanna glass. There is a statue of Rahu above the entrance to the temple.
