The possibility of excellence if attention was paid to details: Some notes e.g.: 1) At check-in, hhonors-diamond's free beverage vouchers were not available but required delivery service, which was easy when visiting the front desk a few hours later., inferior inkjet-printed paper, torn by size. Giving the guest two free water bottles at check-in to carry themselves into the room is a logistical challenge since it requires handling the travel bag and carry-on bag (I would be a pleasure to find in the room). 2) The room has only 2 espresso capsules, which seems short for two people with an early check-in request and late check-out 3) There is a mini-bar, but unequipped, 4) late check-out was given and the cleaning staff were not informed, knocking the door despite the DnD-hanger at 12:30, that is, 30 minutes before the agreed checkout, 5) The signs in the elevator are "closed" for inaccurate locations printed on the ground floor (possibly a former cafe) giving a feeling of low maintenance, 6) the employees do not dressed / it is difficult to know if they are employees or not (especially while having to ask staff Omelet station at breakfast). 7) The plastic cover over the cold meat gives a cheap impression and does not flip properly/broken, 8) stains on breakfast menus and cocktails at the "union social" on the first floor, 9) the drink menu for the vouchers, which eliminates everything cocktails and is effectively limited to housewives, beer, soft drinks or selected shots, 10) Storage 3 pieces of luggage at the front desk for a few hours after check-out, upon pick-up, only 2 were selected, they had to insist and find the third bag in the luggage room ourselves, raising some concerns about the privacy and security of storage, rather than keeping all the bags together. Despite the above, it is a beautiful design, providing good night comfort, although I used to believe that the status members are promoted rather than placed next to the elevator. It served the purpose of giving us a change of perspective during a 6m stay in the city and an early morning run through the QE Olympic Park and swamp in the north (12km flat - easy to minimize if desired). While the above is an easy solution and therefore leaves a little taste just as simple and obvious and avoidable without a significant investment in a 5-star hotel, it is nevertheless valuable for money given London’s overall prices and the location – with Elizabeth -line, very close to everything.
