Reservations usually need to be made three months in advance. Located in the quiet and elegant Chelsea area, upon entering the restaurant, you'll notice the famous "The Inspiration Table." It’s a creative center where the most distinctive and exciting dishes are presented in a special way to four guests. The main dining area, however, consists primarily of round tables. I like having dinner here. Bacon and Eggs This bacon and egg dish is a classic, served in a bird’s nest with a small biscuit paired with a thin slice of ham. It’s not greasy at all. Bread The bread comes in small pieces and isn’t overly filling. It’s decent but nothing extraordinary. Potato, smoked crème fraîche, dill and trout roe This combination of potato, smoked crème fraîche, dill, and trout roe offers a classic flavor. As a small pre-dinner snack, it’s really quite good!
