Spectacular cherry blossoms

The water source for Maizuru City is located in Yohoro, Maizuru City, Kyoto Prefecture (under the jurisdiction of Maizuru City). In the photo, the cherry blossoms had already fallen when I visited, so the place was covered in a carpet of cherry blossoms... It is only open to the public on weekends when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom (in 2025, it was open on the first and second weekends of April). Entry is prohibited at any other time. You can only get there by car. You cannot eat or drink, or lay a mat to enjoy cherry blossom viewing. Parking and admission are free. When in full bloom, the cherry blossoms are a spectacular sight. 🕰️Opening hours: 9:00-16:00 (entrance until 15:00)
