Jinling Lion King | Almost perfect experience

| Almost perfect experience. On my way back to Hangzhou, I decided to visit Nanjing and finally came to the much-anticipated Ritz-Carlton Nanjing. This is also the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, with a price of 2400, but fortunately, I got 10,000 points back with a flash promotion. The day before check-in, I received a pre-arrival call asking about my check-in time, room preferences, etc. I mentioned that I wanted a lake view corner room (the best room type that a small platinum card can upgrade to). I arrived around 3:30 pm on the day, and when I got to the front desk, they said the room would take another two hours to be ready. Is the room status so tight even on non-weekends? I didn't check in until 5:30 pm. The moment I opened the door, I really felt it was worth it. The Jinling Lion King truly lives up to its name. The room is particularly large, nearly seventy square meters, with a bathtub by the window where you can soak while looking at Xuanwu Lake and Nanjing landmarks. I had previously replied to the pre-arrival email saying I wanted a little lion, but I didn't get a reply until check-in. However, the hotel still provided one, which made this lion fan very happy. In the evening, I didn't want to go out, so I ordered some food and a drink at the hotel's Flair bar, which was very pleasant. When I returned to the room, the turndown service was already done. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel that provided pajamas; the Ritz-Carlton really has full amenities. The only dissatisfaction was that the air conditioning in the bedroom was too loud, like a tractor, and I didn't want to call the engineer in the middle of the night, so I didn't sleep well. When I left by taxi, the concierge smiled and said goodbye. Overall, it was a relatively satisfying experience.
