Night time at Ginzan Onsen

Ginzan Onsen is truly like stepping into a fairytale. The entire area is breathtaking — charming wooden ryokans lining the river, gas lamps glowing at night, and the peaceful sound of the stream running through the town. It feels like a scene straight out of a historical movie. The onsen experience was incredible. Soaking in the natural hot spring baths surrounded by snowy scenery (if you go in winter) is unforgettable. The ryokan staff were warm and welcoming, and the traditional meals were beautifully prepared and delicious. It’s a perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the traditional side of Japan. Ginzan Onsen is a magical escape that I can’t recommend enough!
