🍮This time my friend took me to a very good Parisian dessert shop Michalak. The shop is simple and bright in design. Next door is the place where the dessert masterclass is held. Most of the people sitting in the shop eating desserts are French. . 👩🍳Christophe Michalak used to be the dessert chef at the Plaza Athene Hotel in Paris. He has provided professional desserts for the Michelin three-star restaurant Alain Ducasse for fifteen years. . 🍰I ate a grapefruit flavor cake this time. The surface mousse tasted sweet but not greasy. There was a very fragrant grapefruit aroma in the middle of the cake.
