It's called "Kaew Gapao Pu." It's about 7km away from Pattaya Peach (it's close to the bus terminal), so you'll need to take a taxi, Grab, or motorbike taxi to get there, but it's definitely worth it. It's closed on Sundays, and the opening hours are short, from 9:30 to 15:30, and it's full of locals, so you'll have to wait, but there are quite a few tables and the turnover is fast.
