At this restaurant, I was able to taste traditional Tuscan dishes. We ate T-bone steak, wild boar ragu pasta, truffle cheese, and tiramisu for dessert. The T-bone steak was served on a hot iron plate, so you could cook it to your desired doneness, and it was delicious when you put truffle cheese on it. The wild boar ragu pasta had a savory ragu sauce and the noodles were chewy like udon noodles, so it was delicious. We finished the meal with sweet tiramisu, which was perfect.
