Spring Limited | It's time to pick cherries once a year

Every May, it's a reserved program that happens once a year, and in previous years, we always went to Gongjia Village in Xifu Town, Chengyang, but last year the cherries didn't taste sweet, so this year we chose Dashicun in Laoshan. 🚗 Drive to Dashicun with GPS navigation, or you can take the 🚌621 bus to the Dashi community. We originally contacted a family in advance, but it was too far up the mountain. In the end, we chose one by the roadside. ✅ Pros: Large size, very sweet. The cherries are now fully ripe, sweet to the point of being cloying, and they fall off with just a light touch, making for a very happy eating experience. The shop owner was especially friendly, and did not charge us extra for the cherries that the children picked with their little baskets, allowing us to take them freely, and even gave us some that others had picked. ❌ Cons: The mountain is quite steep, which is not very child-friendly. There are not many places for children to play. Also, the cherry picking season only lasts for these 10+ days, so this weekend was particularly crowded, we even encountered a company team building event. Additionally, the mountain road leading in is very narrow, and it gets very congested if you go late, so it's definitely best to go early 🍲 Lunch: This place doesn't offer farm feasts, but we had prepared food in advance. The owner provided a place to rest, water, restrooms, etc. 🍃 Overall, it was still a very enjoyable experience.
