I recently visited the Tsingtao Beer Time Coast Resort Hotel, where they held a Tsingtao Craft Beer Tasting Event that completely opened my eyes to a whole new world of beer! I always knew Tsingtao Beer was delicious, but coming here revealed so many amazing surprises 🥳... 🌟 **Vessels of Time Art Micro-Exhibition** This exhibit showcases the evolution of drinking vessels over the past century—from exquisite porcelain cups to the modern glassware we use today. It’s like stepping into a time tunnel, witnessing the fusion of century-old craftsmanship with contemporary culture and beer brewing. Every detail makes you want to stop and admire! 🌟 **Time & Taste Tasting Session** The tasting was absolutely fantastic! A professional sommelier guided us through different craft beers, each with its own unique flavor profile. Here are the four main ones: 1️⃣ **Hazy IPA** Bursting with rich tropical fruit aromas, this one has a noticeable bitterness upfront, balanced with a slightly sweet, juicy finish~ 2️⃣ **Grapefruit White Tea** A blend of grapefruit, apple juice, and wheat beer, enhanced with white tea—creating a perfect harmony of fruity and tea-like notes. 3️⃣ **Peppercorn Saison** Who would’ve thought Sichuan peppercorns could pair with beer? This one has a spicy, numbing aroma and a truly unique taste. 4️⃣ **Strawberry Grapefruit** A great choice for those who prefer sweeter, fruit-forward flavors—especially popular among ladies~ Don’t forget to stop by **Puffed Yeast Master 1903 Bakery** on your way out! You can’t miss their bread made with beer yeast—lightly malty, fluffy yet chewy. I ended up packing several bags to take home as souvenirs. This trip wasn’t just super fun—it also gave me a whole new appreciation for beer knowledge. It’s definitely one of Qingdao’s must-visit hidden gems. Right outside is the Golden Beach coastline, offering great food, drinks, and endless photo ops. You could easily spend an entire day here!!
