Drinking too much tea and coffee leads to insomnia. Psychologically, This is another journey of spiritual cultivation. My soul is nourished by the ancient trees in the mountains every day. Some time ago, I saw a line from Gibran's poem, "Trees are verses written by the earth in the sky", which is so suitable for the thousands of trees in Jingmai Mountain. There are many ancient trees on Jingmai Mountain that are hundreds or even thousands of years old, each one more spectacular than the other. At some point last year, I suddenly fell in love with hugging trees for health preservation. At that time, I didn’t know the principle behind it, but I only knew that a tree absorbs the essence of the heaven, earth, sun and moon, and when people touch it, they will absorb the energy stored in it. It was not until I listened to a podcast about Chinese medicine that I suddenly realized that, among all the creatures that survive on land in this world, except for big trees, there are very few that can live over a hundred years. Sunrise and sunset, and sea of ​​clouds are the two major natural features of Jingmai Mountain. We went there at the wrong season and it rained every day, so we were unable to see the sunrise and sunset. It rained heavily on the day we went up the mountain. On the way up the mountain, I could occasionally glimpse the mist in the mountains through the dense trees on the right. I didn't stop the car in time, and at the next intersection or corner, it disappeared again. It was still raining on the day we left, and I was lucky enough to see the dreamy sea of ​​clouds. Locals say that there is a thick layer of sea of ​​clouds almost every day in winter, and that is when it is called sea of ​​clouds. So what I saw after the rain this time, I will call it mountain mist.
