The six-course dinner menu, blending Maldivian and Western flavors, was as exquisite as the setting itself. Reservations are essential, and the dress code is semi-formal. Beyond Ithaa, the resort boasts a variety of dining options, including Atoll Market: A buffet restaurant offering cuisines from eight different kitchens, set under a canopy of frangipani trees for a barefoot dining experience.
