"Walking in the Countryside, Discovering Zigong" in Dingxin, Rong County

Yesterday was the last day of the Chinese solar term "Great Cold," and I completed the last "Walking in the Countryside, Discovering Zigong" of the Year of the Dragon with my friends. We arrived at Banbian Temple on Rongyi Road at 9:30 am, visited the "Overpass" at the highest point in Zigong and the Banbian Temple Bridge, which has been expanded twice, and enjoyed the Danxia landform all the way to Luojia Beach Bridge, then went downstream along the Zhaoshi River to Xushui River. Then we went upstream along Xushui River from Dingxin Town, passing through Dingxin Rice and Vegetable Rotation Modern Agricultural Park. Due to the upgrading of Xushui River and the construction of four weirs, the water level of the river was particularly low, and we encountered two "underwater relics" that were extremely rare. One was the Xushui River flat stone bridge under Dingxin Temple, and the other was the waterwheel weir next to the Zhuangwan Tuo Pumping Station. Finally, we walked into Zhangjia Town (the former Qingyun Township) along Zijian Road and ended perfectly in Dingxin Village on the bank of Xushui River.
