Novotel Sydney West HQ: The Best Hotel in Rooty Hill

We chose Novotel Sydney West HQ to celebrate our 520 anniversary. The main reason for selecting this hotel was its convenient location for visiting Sydney Zoo the next day, as the Uber ride is short. 🚘 Additionally, it's about a 20-minute walk to the nearby shopping mall, which is very convenient and offers plenty of dining options for lunch. 🥪 Highlights: This time, there was no package included 🙈 Pros ✅: ▪️ The check-in process was very quick. With proper identification, it took about 5 minutes to get to our room. ▪️ It's the best hotel in the Rooty Hill area, and transportation is relatively convenient. If you don't drive, you'll need to take a train and then transfer to a bus. ▪️ The room is spacious, featuring two double beds with ample space at the foot of the beds. ▪️ The room provides two complimentary bottled waters and a box of milk. ▪️ The mini bar includes coffee and tea bags for guests. ▪️ The bathroom is also spacious, with a separate wet and dry area and a handheld showerhead with excellent water pressure. ▪️ Towels appear clean with no visible stains. 🧺 ▪️ The shower gel and shampoo smell delightful and are very pleasant to use. ▪️ For late-night cravings, there are fast food options available for delivery, so you won't go hungry. Cons ❎: ▫️ The hotel does not provide slippers. ▫️ Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, which is common in Australia as part of their environmental initiatives.
