Check-in time: October 2023 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highlights ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A short trip around Guangzhou, within Guangdong Province, with smooth traffic it takes about 2.5 hours to reach the destination. Real hot springs, superb air quality! Great for family trips, outings with children, and gatherings with friends~ The hotel also has small attractions, such as the Xiaohuangguoshu Waterfall, which is a nice spot for taking photos! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🎈🏨 Room and Environment: Stayed during the National Day holiday, not too crowded, but the reception at the front desk seemed inexperienced. There weren't many people in line, but the staff handling check-ins didn't really introduce the hotel's features well. Since I had done my research in advance, it was okay! The lobby has the elegance of a five-star hotel, and there's a fountain on the way to the elevators that feels very relaxing. The room decor is that of a classic five-star hotel, and if you look closely, you can find some hygiene blind spots, but they're not a big deal. The air conditioning is also cool enough. However, the most, most, most important and also the most, most, most upsetting thing was: there were too many mosquitoes on the first floor... it affected our sleep. The hotel could only offer us an extra electric mosquito repellent when we asked for help. We killed at least 20 mosquitoes before going to bed. I was worried about the children being disturbed by mosquitoes, and my sister is the type who swells up from mosquito bites! It was quite a hassle! So, if you can, try to stay on a higher floor! Or ask the hotel in advance~ 🎈 Breakfast 🍽️ There's a rich variety, and the food replenishment is timely. It's average! There are Chinese-style fried eggs, noodles, porridge, as well as a full range of Western salads and toast. 🌼 Facilities and Entertainment The hot spring area is quite large, with a swimming pool, a children's water play pool, dry and wet saunas, an infrared room, and many types of hot spring pools. Towel supply is timely, and there's plenty of tea with Luo Han Guo and ginger tea! Walking up the stairs to the top of the hot spring area, there's an infinity pool, which is great for photos. If you're with kids, be aware ⚠️ that after the sun goes down, the water can get a bit cold since it's not a constant temperature pool. The rest area has a children's ball pool, which is free, and it's a good place to let the kids burn off some energy. Outdoors, there are slides, swings, and other play facilities, and when the weather is nice, it's really fun for the kids to play there! Walking along the wooden walkway next to the hot spring area, you can reach the Xiaohuangguoshu Waterfall, which is quite beautiful, and it's worth a visit since it's not far! The hotel faces a lake, and taking a walk along the lakeside is also nice! The air is very fresh. We also had a late-night snack at the lakeside barbecue in the evening, and it was very cool by the lake at night! Aside from the mosquito incident, overall, it's still nice. The adults enjoyed the hot springs, and the kids had their fun! Suitable for a family to come for a leisurely vacation and relaxation!
