April blooms can still be rainy!

#aprilblooms on a recent trip to San Sebastián on the northern eastern corner of Spain, I forgot to prepare for the showers that joined me on that day! I thought that Spain, unlike the United Kingdom, would be sunny and warm. How wrong I was! Nevertheless, I carried on up to the statue of Christ and looked out across the old town and the bay. 🍴🥂FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS: This hard walk had been fuelled by a lovely lunch of Pinxtos in the square with a glass of slightly fizzy Txakoli wine. So this just goes to show that despite our wish to have a bright and sunny April blooms walk, the weather sometimes gets in the way and it’s best to think ahead! #rain #climb #sansebastian
