However, this meat has a lot of marbling, but the fat is not heavy at all, so I was surprised!! You can choose sauce or rock salt, but it has no odor at all and the fat is sweet, so it's delicious even without adding anything♡ Don't overcook it I recommend slightly rare. The premium tongue is impressive!! (It's a little pricey though) My recommendation is the Tankoro (tongue base) It's surprisingly tasty despite being reasonably priced, and you can eat as much rice as you want with just that. The other thing you should definitely order is the egg soup. The broth is made from a block of top-grade tongue, and it's absolutely delicious. It's on the slightly higher end of the price range among yakiniku restaurants in the prefecture, but you'll understand once you've tried it. The seafood menu is only available in winter.
