The most iconic World Tower also known as Seoul Sky in the Jamsil area and you will be able to see it as long as you are within the Lotte World area. You can buy tickets and enter their observation deck all the way up to the 123rd floor. This is the highest building in Seoul. The best way to enjoy the views is to go to the Seokchon lake area and see it from a distance. At the very top, there is a Seoul Sky bridge and you can access it by making a reservation.
