Daehakro's Sensational Croffle Restaurant 'Seonseon Hyehwa' Hello, travelers! ̆̈ This is Shelby. Have you been to Daehakro, the mecca of dating? I go to school in Hyehwa Station, so I often go to Daehakro, but the cafes are limited and the restaurants are too expensiveㅠㅠ I guess it's because it's famous as a dating spot. As I'm getting more and more disappointed with Hyehwa Station, I found a treasured cafe and I'm going to share it with you! ̆̈ The name of this cafe is Seonseon Hyehwa! ̆̈ Seonseon Hyehwa is not exactly Daehakro, but is located on Daemyeong Street across Daehakro from Exit 4 of Hyehwa Station. It's also called Sonamu Street, and I think it's really nice because it's close to my school. This cafe is run by the owner alone, so it might take a little longer, but I think it's an advantage because you can enjoy your time and leisure in this space leisurely. While waiting for your order and delicious food to arrive, take a look around the corners of the store and feel the owner's touch that is incorporated into the interior! ̆̈ Also, the owner is a very good person (he knows the mood very well ㅠㅠ) so he gives out pretty postcards with pictures of where the customers are sitting. I hung them in my room <3 I highly recommend this to those who like this kind of thing. Since Seon Seon Hye Hwa is famous for its croffles, I ordered a chocolate croffle and a latte. Unlike other cafes, it's not a croffle with just chocolate syrup sprinkled on it, but a croffle with chocolate chunks inside! ̆̈ !̆̈ !̆̈ The croffle with the crunchy texture of the chocolate goes well with the chewy texture of the croffle, so it tastes really good. Another thing I really liked was the eco-friendly straw. I absolutely never use straws at Starbucks. After drinking for a long time, the paper taste really bad, so I feel like a goat and really hate it. However, Seon Seon Hye Hwa uses cornstarch straws, so it is eco-friendly and doesn't spoil the original taste of the drink. (I tried it myself to see if it tastes like corn, and it doesn't taste like corn at all, so don't worry! ̆̈ ) Anyway, I recommend Seon Seon Hye Hwa to those who don't have a cafe they really want to go to in Daehakro, or those who are looking for a cafe with some free time.
